CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

When can I receive a refund for my order?

When you shop with Nouvelle, you have the peace of mind knowing that our products are covered by 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee only covers product(s) that have been received defective or damaged.

This means that if you encouter any problems with your device within 30 days of receiving it, you are able to contact us and ask for a refund/replacement.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please get in touch with our care team at support@nouvellea.com and they will provide you with instructions to return your order. 


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us email at support@nouvellea.com for futher instructions.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
